For almost a decade we have partnered with our clients and have taken over entire IT Delivery infrastructures while they concentrated solely on creating value in their chosen field of expertise. Over the years, as we matured as an outsourcing service provider and their confidence in us grew, we started playing increasingly more direct roles in their operations. We started outsourcing even their back office functions letting them realize substantial cost take outs while driving the quality of these processes to increasingly higher levels.

We encouraged our managers to innovate within these client back-office processes and incentivized them to be able to drive more benefits to the client. As a result we have mastered the art of innovation to such a level that today our managers have the collective ability to infuse innovative ideas into the most mundane of business processes, driving favorable business outcomes without any significant disruptive changes in how the client conducts business.
