Summer Training Program (Duration: 6 weeks)

Summer training for engineering students is not only mandatory by University regulation, but also important because it is the time to obtain as much knowledge about your field. As a Computer Science student, training can help you to implement the concepts you have learnt at your classes.

After learning concepts from teachers and also from books, you feel like you now know everything and you can now develop any type of program based on those concepts, but the fact is that learning a concept and implementing a concept are different things, both are tightly coupled but still there are differences. It is true that without learning a concept, you can't implement it, but just learning a concept doesn't mean that you can correctly implement it.

Actual challenges of developing a live application can be learnt only from a good software company's development environment. Industry Training will help you to learn those things which are available only at production environment and by working on a live project.

The trainees are put through a 6 weeks program to give proper industry feelings:

Selection Process:	Trainees are selected through personal interview on the basis of their academic performance and knowledge level.
Technology Identification:	Trainees are grouped into four technology platform groups on the basis of their interest level and knowledge level: Core Java/J2EE LAMP Stack Dot Net: ASP, C# and VB System and Database Administration
Training Process:	Trainees will be allotted independent modules from various live projects to be completed during their training period. Daily three sessions will be conducted by experienced Team Leaders/Project Managers: Class Room session on technology platform Programming hours Review session - Testing - Technology review - Algorithm review - Code review
Project Report & Certification:	Project Reports will be reviewed by experienced Project Managers. On successful completion of the training program, Tathya will issue cettificates to the trainees.
