Regime 1 (First 7 days) |
Aspirants are encouraged to set up their own PC from scratch, working closely with our system department and learning the ropes of a real corporate environment full of security restrictions and industry best practices. |
Regime 2 (Next 15 days) |
Aspirants are provided with a complete guidance on Software Engineering principles and the tools that are normally used by professional IT teams to implement these engineering principles in practice. |
Regime 3 (Next 7 days) |
Aspirants are put under professional HR specialists so that their soft skills like verbal communication, email communication, emotional intelligence, social skills, and language skills are polished and the aspirants are made ready for the professional world. |
Regime 4 (Next 3 months) |
Aspirants are grouped into four technology platform groups for in depth and extensive training. The Platform Groups are as follows.
- Core Java/J2EE
- LAMP Stack
- Dot Net: ASP, C# and VB
- System and Database Administration

Regime 5 (Next 2 months) |
The Aspirants are engaged into our work-force, but, are used on either in-house project for the company or simulated real projects where they work on a project actually running on the shop floor, with the same specs and the same project manager overseeing their work.
During this period, soft Skills and Software Engineering principles and tools are revisited in a more intensive manner to provide a proper finishing.
At the end of the training a test will be conducted to ensure their performance and selected candidates will get a job offer based upon the open positions at that time. |
